Because of the Legion pre-expansion patch coming soon probably next week and as Legion pre-expansion patch as soo much new stuff that i'm guessing that honorbuddy will of line for a few days or so

There is always same HB downtime when the client gets patched.

As the arena season end has not been announced yet it is highly unlikely that patch 7.0.3 will arrive next week.

It is gone with the pre-patch. Also loot drops from previous expansions had their gold value nerfed.
