Legion key return or transfer to another account from banned account

Has anyone had success doing this? I have 2 banned accounts with legion keys, and at this point I'd like to get a refund or transfer them to another account. I've read here and there people having success doing this. What exactly did you do for it? I would like to avoid a charge back through my credit card company.

I got all 36 legion upgrades refunded.
 
Can you PM me on how you did this? I just tried, and they said I was outside the 3 days, too bad so sad, and stopped responding to me. I have yet to call though.

I just used paypal and did a dispute.
 
I should have used paypal... I guess I'm just going to have to call my bank tomorrow... Next time I'm using paypal
 
try to get the keys to another account >(must be same name or same battle net tho) - open a ticket and ask for it and tell them that you will call yoiur bank to get your money back if they refuse to do that. They will most likely do that for you. I did this like 10 times allready

Same here. Just opened a live chat support and asked them to transfer Legion to another wow license. (same B.net account)

I tried this yesterday, the guy refused, then just closed the ticket on me before I could do anything else. Opened live chat, was respectful, asked to get the key transferred to another account on the same bnet. He said they won't do that, I then asked well I would rather do that than ask for a refund. He said you can't have the product refunded either. I said I would contact my bank, he closed the chat.

It may be different from country to country. Since credicard law's are different. In my country the consumer has a werry strong law in favor of the consumer. If the seller dont deliver what they promised, the bank is responsible for refunding the money. Then it's the banks job to get the money back from seller. Banned accounts is considered as seller don't provide what's promised. This is confirmed in court. Even if consumer is responsible for the ban.
 
I was denied every option. I can't transfer since I only have one account on one b.net (thinking of making a new one on the same b.net later), can't get a refund since I pre-purchased it the day pre-ordering opened. Bank told me I can't dispute it since it's so far back. So, honestly, I'm stuck with Legion on my main account, lol. Can't transfer, dispute, or refund it. Oh well!
 
I'm in the US, and I just talked with my bank. I explained out the whole thing, they said they would get my money back if I put in the form for the charge back. Though it could take as long as 45 days...
 
Weird, all I did was open a ticket that said "Please refund me my Legion purchase." and they did within 24 hours. I'm in the US, bought legion on the release day, used my free 100 and geared him up. When I got my reply it said the refund was complete and my 100 would be locked until I purchased Legion again.

Lol, if only it were so easy for me. They've taken quite a hard stance with me and are pretty much refusing to do anything. They basically defer to what the first GM did, and stop responding, close the live chat, or hang up on me....

Ya they took the hard stance with me too and i only bought it twenty days before ban. They said if i open any more tickets they would be ignored and potential ban....

only way you can get the refund is through paypal.

Have the same exact issue.

Live chat = No way.
Call = Nope and hang up on me before I finished talking. Guy on the phone was extremly unpleasant and expeditious, almost arrogant... Discussion was very tense but I remained very calm and polite. In the end, he closed the case and prevented me from doing ANY MORE request about the refund of anything. He said any further request would be closed instantly. Really ?

Now jokes aside and not even salty about the ban, this is going to a place where you're caught botting and now they have proofs (do they really ? CS said "We don't have to give you any proofs, you know what you did, face the consequences"), how the hell stealing money to your customers has anything to do with a ban ? I don't contest the ban, I want my sub month back (paid the current month 3 days before the ban) and the legion pre-order money. We have consumers associations here and they have power like anywhere else, I'm on my way to use this first. Then i'll ask for a lawyer help if I need to file a claim, I'll do it.
