Left HB running last night and was working this morning

Last night I left two computers running Kick's questing profiles. One got stuck and logged (which will happen when running kick's profile afk) and the other kept on truckin. When I woke up this morning the one that was still on was continuing to work with HB. I relogged my toon and everything. Of course, at this point I noticed the ninja patch on my other comp and that HB was down so I closed out of everything on both comps. My question is: When this happens, is it wise to just keep HB up and running or is it smarter to just wait for the ninja patch update. I was a little afraid to push my luck because it was my main account that was still working. Thanks.
