Learning Flight Path's

My bot is at Westguard Keep in Howling Fjord trying to learn the flight path there even though it is already known. He spent half of the night sitting there.

DC and relog while HB was on
/reload while HB was on
change characters while HB was on

DC and relog while HB was on
/reload while HB was on

I DCed and logged back in with HB on. Is that the issue?
