Lazyraider Fire Mage

Lazy Raider Fire Mage, no movement, no trinkets, does exactly what it says on the tin.

Try it out and let me know what you think, I'm looking for coding for flamestrike positioning but i'm very amatuer.

Awesome.. My main is a mage, I'd check this out but I play Arcane, and have no idea how to play Fire spec. That being said, any chance we could get a 'barebones' lazyraider arcane mage cc? Basic rotation is like this:

Start in Burn phase:
Arcane Blast until 80% mana. At 80% mana, pop trinkets, Arcane Power, Mana Gem, and Mirror Images. Then spam Arcane Blast until 30% mana. Evocate at 30% mana.

Preservation phase:
Pop flame orb, and then arcane blast until 95% mana. At 95% use Arcane Missile if it has proc'd, and if not use Arcane Barrage. Do not go below 95% mana in this phase. Arcane Missiles is your primary DPS spell during this phase - keep mana as close to 100% as possible. Arcane Barrage is only used when you absolutely have to clear Arcane Blast stacks and Arcane Missiles hasn't procced. When Evocate has 25 seconds left on cooldown and we are at 100% mana, start Burn phase over again. Rinse and repeat.

My mage is only 387 ilvl atm and I can usually Arcane Blast 3-4 times from 100% to 95% before I have to reset my stack with arcane missiles. I can pull 28-30k by hand on Ultraxion in LFR.. Would be nice to get something close to that consistently.

Working pretty ok, but it is way to "slowish" between the casts, atleast according to me that is (and by no means, I'm NOT a good firemage, but it is taking roughly 0.75-1.5 sec between each cast, doesn't really matter what spell it is going for)

It is doing the same for me. The rotation is decent, but it waits tooo long in between casts, therefore lowering DPS significantly.

it seems to be tripping up over the moving scorch code i tried to put in,

i'm not really following this up anymore as there are perfect ccs already on this forum.

if a dev or admin or whatever wants to delete this thread i wont mind at all.

Did you test with RaidBot or LazyRaider?

I did with LazyRaider, and it does seem slow sometimes.

Well, basic deduction would tell you I didn't use Raidbot since this was posted on 1-1-2012, and Raidbot was released on 2-19-2012. Just saying.....

not a good cc dont know y but I pull 40k + on my mage and this only pulls 20k
