Lazy Paranoid Trader Spawning Cart in wrong area

I just got archebuddy (but I've used it before, as well as trader plugin and GPS) and it came with Lazy Paranoid Trader. So not sure if this is the paid version, some free version, or trial. Followed all directions. See screenshot of setup. There's a giant circled white fence in the center of all the points which is why I had to put "Spawn Point" below. But either way, I followed directions. It spawns the cart when I'm AT "Workstation". Which obviously gives an error that there's not enough room. Then it starts making a pack and stands there with it because there's no cart. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
