Criminal Minds, tv show is very good, another fav.
Two and a Half Men, hilarious TV Show with 7 seasons.
Dexter is another great tv show
And I gotta say it Dragon Ball Series, you could be 5 or 65, you can always watch it!
Been recently watching the old Macgyver TV Show for shits and giggs, pretty descent.
 
The Wire, Shield, Soprano's are all series I couldn't get to the next episode fast enough. Dexter, The Unit worth a watch. Check out the UK version of The Office if you like the US one. Ricky Gervais' other series Extras is worth hunting out too - some laugh out loud moments in it but probably best enjoyed by a British audience as a lot of British pop culture references.

For films, I just go to Newzbin, enable the IMDB poster script and randomly download stuff that looks half decent. Not like it costs anything.
