Since i love botting and doing intelligent things liek scripting, now since the injunction - DB has become useless. Can we sue Blizzard now for preventing us to play with the bot?

Discuss.

Of course we could this is America, Kuat has no clue what the hell he is talking about lol. Would we win, who knows?

Sure, if you live in America and felt that it caused personal harm and misfortune. Sure, give it a go.

THanks for the lulz.
It will be like openly accepting that you use Bots and and violate the terms.

Only because Blizzard is stating something in their EULA/TOS/Website, doesn't make it right - can be challenged. Further these TOS/EULA are designed to be fast skipped and there are many things which justify the usage of bots.

On the bottom line nobody should have the right to force me to a certain play style, even if i'm not limited in my abilities. For instance somebody with just 1 hand can only play this game with the help of bots. So it's not just that easy. Also the topic is around since ages and there are no solutions.

How about instead we discuss how incredibly stupid and inept you are.

How about we all just stop?

You can sue Blizzard if you'd like, but chances are you won't win. Especially in the US.

As you all know, these discussions have been had hundreds of times, on forums everywhere.
There is never a real answer.

Nobody is really going to sue a game creator for stopping a bot because they knew it was against the "rules" that they agreed to at some time before actually getting in to the part of the game where the bot would take over.

So... lets all just wait and see what happens on the Demonbuddy side, and keep up our WoW bots until such time as a decision is made.

Or we could discuss your lack of imagination and sense of humor.

In the U.S. we can sue for anything and usually do. Could he win? Who knows! If a woman can get a cup of coffee from a McDonalds, burn her secret garden. Then sue for millions and win. Anything is possible.

I remember when I first heard about this. All I could think was " That's one hot peice of *****".

Just saying

You wanna sue Blizzard because they "wont let you bot"? Please take the time to review what you just said, and when you get off ***** come back and explain how stupid that question is. Blizzard would counter-sue you so hard that you would be out of the money when they are done with you and they will make sure that you never play a blizzard made game again. Enough said.

They would have no grounds to counter sue. If an impaired person say someone with only 1 arm or someone who is blind or otherwise impaired sued for it they might just get past the 1st hearing. This is america you never know what will happen.

Americas legal system went through the botting thing. Glider clearly went well. I don't know about you, but if you went to someone and cried that they stopped you from essentially cheating at their game (unfair advantage or w/e) they wouldn't take you seriously. Their EULA would destroy you.

I bet in the US, you could just say that it is fucking with your finances, as this is your main form, and that now you are going to have to go get EBT, and be a waste to society, since Blizzard is not allowing you to make money.
