just confirmed, tried fresh install of the latest build and having same issue with Grifts. Not doing town run after Rift guardian and gets:

Same. Had to restart the profile to run a GR again. Not stashing the items matching my Item Rules.

Not sure if we'll need to get an update on DB or the profile.
