Laptop for wow and honnor buddy

hello guys my laptop is an Asus R500v i7 3610qm, 2.3ghz 8gb ram 500gb harddrive. What settings should i put for it to run honorbuddy and wow without getting overheated or something. For botting time on this laptop should it be 3 hours til 4 hours?

I run Diablo 3 and Demonbuddy or WoW and Honorbuddy on a laptop (linked) overclocked to 2.2 Ghz and have had no issues running it 24 hours a day for months straight using nothing but the linked cooling pad. When botting I turn all video settings to minimum.

I run WoW in Full HD with a laptop not even worth half your specs, and I can let it go 24/7 if I only would like to.
So unless you park that thing on a heater I would not worry about overheating.

Core2Duo with 9700M GT and 4GB of memory, no issues with heat.

I'm botting on a desktop rig with decent specs, but I obviously run it on lowest settings, I doubt the bot cares about the graphics ..

I am running a dell with the I7 and 8g ram with a 360gb SSD.

With the video settings set as low as the can go, i run 3 WOW and HB combos, along with downloading torrents and still sruns nice.. Think you should be good.
