Language s?lection = Impossible ?

Hello,

It seems to be an isolated issue or something cause i didn't found anything relating to my problem so i post here and hope someone would help me

So the problem is that my diablo 3 games (I currently have 3 account 2 multi language europe, and one russian) sometime or let's be honest 80% of time doesn't let me change my language, the menu s?lection in the options is empty (Report to screen)
I tryed to found something on google since 2 hours and can't find ay answer to my problem

I used to change the server lcoation to asia or NA then close the game/restart and the menu re-appeared but its not working anymore (OR maybe 10% of the time..)

russian client cant change language due to them being alot cheaper.

check the X:\DIABLO III\Data_D3\PC\MPQs FOLDER,them find the file which is "enUS_Text.mpq" and then change the file name whatever you want.
then the game will auto direct to the other langue which you want to be

Thanks for your answer mate i'll try tomorro because i got luck and finally got the menu language so i'm not touching anymore until my little break tomorrow, but i guess you're 100% of what you say so i'm not worried , thanks again

I'm not really for this method, i've brievly looked the french official forum and one guy got banned because he changed the language on that way, he got banned cause of using thirdh program so i wont try this, or at least until i'm not sure of what was going on in this case

+ for example i got a game wich is "frFR_Text.mpq" ans another one named "ruRU_Text.mpq" and finally "enGB_Text.mpq", so if i want only russian on this game i should delete ALL the frFR and enGB files ?

Yes i know, but i got the probleme on all the games even if they allow multi languages
