Lagging/Skipping while attacking mobs (Questing, BGing, etc.)

So I updated the new HB, installed it, disable framelock, and such. But when my toon attacks a mob while questing, bging or whatever, it keeps lagging hardcore. Then after the mob is dead its back to normal. I used to have this issue in Cata, then i redownloaded the previous version, that one worked great. But with this version, it is hell. Can someone help me out? Im attaching my Logs. Please help!!!

try CLU Routine and also set wow process on a higher than normal priority (task manager)
