Lag Spikes- Only on Certain Terms?

I was just wondering if it's me, or the bot. I seem to be getting very low fps whenever my character attacks something. It is fine when it runs around(I get around 60fps) but when it attacks something, it drops all the way down to 19 fps. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks!
