[KNOWN ISSUE] Garrisonbuddy not working (HB-2869)

As per GarrisonInfo.Missions works again (HB-2869) - Garrisonbuddy does absolutely nothing, doesn't even start. Clean install etc.

Thanks for the report, and log. Please see the "Known Issues" in the first post of the release thread:

• Garrison API is not fully functional yet.
