So I was hit by the ban wave on the 11th, all fine, I get it, I bot, I risk getting banned. I understood that when I was botting. So on the 13th I created a new account, and only played legit. Low and behold, i was hit by the ban wave today, not quite sure how. Can they just check to see if its still installed on my computer or what? Never had it running while playing the legit account so i'm kind of unsure what to do. Is it worth it to even fight it? Try and live chat, or email them? or am i just wasting my time?

Quite impossible scenario man... If there is a memory scan in place, then you have executed HB executable at least once.
Seems like they're going straight there, without doubts.

maybe you accidentally injected hb on your legit account. after my main got banned on 11th ban wave I created 2 new accounts. 1 to bot and 1 to play legit. all accounts in the same bnet account. I also sent some gold from legit to bot account. In today's ban wave only my bot account got hit but not my legit one. you really have to be careful to not inject hb to your legit account. I played both accounts right after each other. I botted the whole day when I was at work, come home and log in with my legit account on the same computer same ip everything but without hb. No ban!

I got a clean account banned cause it was using the same real world IP my computer does not even have it loaded i always use the 64bit wow and a bunch of other stuff and they still accused my clean account of botting.

I would get a new IP address from your ISP

type in 192.168.1.1 and go to your configuration and reset router or change the mac address you will get new ip address once you do this unless your static .

if you got banned its because you were using honorbuddy and werent taking the necessary precautions
