KillMonsters tag broken in .146

the profiletag <KillMonsters>False</KillMonsters> is broken even when set all monsters on the way are killed.

Delete the tag and see if that fixes it

Deleting the tag didn't work I'm gonna make a clean install now and see if that helps.

I can confirm this is bugging out. Only way to disable monster killing is via a plugin at the on pulse level.
