Kill near x yards & loot - bot/profile

Is there something such as 'Kill all within X yards and loot them' bot, or something?

There isn't a profile for what I'm farming, so if there is such as kill all near and loot, that would be great!

Kill all near without defining hotspots? I dont see it happening in profile, but, plugin could scann for enemies and do that stuff... So: If you can define farming area, make profile, if mobs are spawning randomly in huge area, make plugin that would scann for npc and move to them, cc will take care of fight.
