Kill HB on death (or x amount of seconds after death)

To work around a problem that occurs with dungeonbuddy I have to restart the bot about ten seconds after it dies for it to resume normal behaviour. I would very much like a way to do this automatically through a plugin (or perhaps something else?). It only needs a variable second property in the settings so I can choose how long after the death it should kill HB. HBRelog can handle it from there.
