kickz questing question

i have been bging with this one character up until level 73 i was wondering if there was a way to put it into kicks profile so it can start the quests it should be doing at level 73. when i select it to go to borean tundra or howling fjord it wont go either. How should i set it up for him to quest? Should i just keep bging?

search your profile for : IgnoreCheckpoints="False" if it is already set to false, let him quest, if not, change it to false.
