Got bored and thought meh, which is the quickest way to level starters to 20 without rafing? This is Horde as i don't have Alliance players. 10+ years and just can't bring myself to have one :q
Both undead huntards with Heirloom weapons and same 2 pieces of Heirloom armor. Chest and Shoulders so +20% exp.
Issues that were found going from 1-20.
Kicks once it gets to Kalimdor and Org after it hits level 5 -
"TaxiMap is opened! Updating known nodes list.
Taking flight path to Sen'jin Village, Durotar from Orgrimmar, Durotar
TaxiMap is opened! Updating known nodes list.
[LoadProfile-v2059(info)] Loading profile '[H - Quest] Durotar 5-12 [Kick].xml'"
Then once he lands in Sen'jin -
"TaxiMap is opened! Updating known nodes list.
Taking flight path to Orgrimmar, Durotar from Sen'jin Village, Durotar"
Goes to Org to set org has Hearthplace, which is nice sure but then -
"Moving to Type: Fly, R: Use, Sen'jin Village, Durotar
TaxiMap is opened! Updating known nodes list.
Taking flight path to Sen'jin Village, Durotar from Orgrimmar, Durotar"
Could have sworn we were just there!
Why not set hearth before first flight?
--------
Level 7 with cavas -
Goal: Grinding [Ref: "GrindTo" @line 786]
"<GrindTo Condition="HasQuest(24992)" />"
Quest is Escaped from Gilneas.
This requires you to hit a Cursed hound without killing it until the Worgen appears...which you wont do since you kill the hounds before the Worgen appears
Trust me, not on this run but a previous run it took me over an hour to figure out wtf is going on here?
Pause the bot, hit a hound, get quest and resume. Melee classes *might* not have this issue but meh.
--------
Level 17 with cavas -
Hair of the dog - Has trouble waking the Sea dogs for some reason, it will wake some and not others, better to pause and do yourself and then continue.
The waters run red - Bot wont press number 1 button. Just press it yourself and the bot will aim for you if you want to.
--------
Level 19 with kicks -
Ignition - Sometimes lugwizzle wont be there and you have to wait.
--------
Cava - 5 Hours 23 mins
Kicks - 5 hours 43 mins
So as you can see, not much real difference in time. It's more of a personal choice i guess in how you want to reach 20. I prefer Cavas just because i prefer the undead areas over harsh dry, dirty Kalimdor. Since i normally have my bots running on 2 screens while watching shit on my 3rd i hate looking over and seeing...dirt and desert. Like i said since there is no real difference in time taken it's a personal choice.
Some may find this post useful, some may not, some...actually more than some will be more than likely saying "Who the fuck cares?" *shrug*
The more looms the faster it will be of course but the difference in times between the 2 ways should be pretty consistent.
