Multi-thread much? This was your original post, @16:57, then the exact same thing @17:04. So, you can hardly call this an accidental double post. Same question, same "bump". Please don't spam with duplicate threads. Your question will be answered eventually.
And, to answer your question, Kick's questing profiles can be used with RAF, as far as I know.

I don't see why it would be a problem, but one thing you'll need to do is change the checkpoints.
Kick mentioned "If you start this *midway* (16+), change <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckPoints="True" > -- True to False (hint: open the profile in notepad & 'find' ) in the 12-58 profile
If the Checkpoints are too high for your liking, you can also look for Checkpoint Level= in the profile and change them to a lower level."
Since you're going to be leveling 3 times faster, you'll need to correlate that with the checkpoints.

does anyone know if "kill between hotspots" is required? It keeps turning on automatically, and ive been using questing with partybot and my partybot got a 3 day suspension, i think because it keeps killing everything in its path.

you're not supposed to use anything with questing as it's not supported
