Kick's Profiles - Turn Off Looting?

Will this interfere with actual questing or will monsters that have specific quest items still be looted? I keep coming back to my guy looting a corpses that's already been looted and it would speed up questing overall as I don't need the gold nor the items.

Kick's profiles are messing with user settings,but there is a reason always

so its something normal
