Kicks profiles Kun Lai summit/townlong

I have tried to load the Kun lai summit profile and town long steppes profile and all it does is run me al the way to dread waste and doesn't complete any quest in between.

what can I do to fix this? I have re downloaded the entire profile pack and that didn't work? what else is there?

I am currently 88 and I tried both
