kicks hyjal quest

does anyone has a problem with kicks quest profile where he trys to go in the portal in hyjal, but the portal does not work?
when my bot stucks there were about 10 ppl standing in the portal. obviosly also with kicks profile. idk if it is a wow error or you need to activate the portal anyhow.
and if it is a wowbug, how can i skipp this part of the profil

its because one quest does not get completed. however, the staff doesnt get lootet. when you loot the staff manualy, you can enter the Portal...

Yah, you see alot of toons standing at that portal buffing themselfes for hours :-D

No one has reported this bug on Kick's thread, yet. As a result, we don't know about the problem.

Puh I'm sure i cannot find that log anymore. But I can describe it real good. It gets stuck at the portal that ports the toon to the underground cage where it has to do a few quest, like collecting these balls and destroying them at the ambos and kill the forgemaster. It gets stuck because it does not complete the prequests (but picks them up). For the prequest it has to kill 2 kind of mobs ( i think twilight something and some kind of flame elementars) just next to the portal and pick up a charged condensator which stands on a post and gets hit by lightnings. After completing and turning in these quests its clear to go.
