Kick's [Fly][A - Quest] 68-80 [Kick]

When its done in Valiance Keep and theres no more quests to pick up he goes to "Counselor Talbot" and attempts to pick up a quest but theres nothing to pick up and he wont move to a new questing hub anyone knows how to ignore that attempt of picking up the quest so he can move on or force the bot to move?
