If you are using a 10+, thoroughly read the below information:
  • If you are not Agent or Consular - I will not take bugs at all
  • I need the profile name, preferably a line #(s) and the syntax to fix the issue if possible (BW Bug Guide)
  • A log must be provided or the post will be archived / ignored! How To Attach A Log [Kick]

*** Do Note ***
Republic 10+ light / dark is Consular ONLY! Since that's what I developed it with. It may not work work for the other 3 classes, and it will not do class quests. If you want to develop class quests, I will take the syntax - just please tell me where to paste it in at! This will help with development.
Use the Dark profiles - as the light profiles need to be ran with the bot (they were developed, but not actually tested)
Empire Dark is Agent only!

If you want to develop profiles - as per usual - use my BlankQO file (hint: it aint blank!)

Quest: Crisis in the Galactic City

Bug 1
Bot attempts to grind the "Secure Network Access Nodes" when it didn't manage to get the quest from Captain Winborn.

There is no way that the bot can't pick up this quest - i'll need the log to see what the issue is



Bug 2
Bot jumps onto the railings which are slightly above the "Secure Network Access Nodes" and gets stuck. (You can't interact with the quest object since it is now directly under your char).

Bug 3
Bonus Quest Final Stage:
The quest object is the door of a ship. But bot basically keeps running into the ship.

1) Only way to get to it is to take the Wonka Elevator,
2) get off Wonka Elevator, walk around the ship,
3) find the slope/ramp (the only way which leads the quest object),
4) walk up slope/ramp,
5) interact with quest object: door
6) Turn 180 degrees, walk down the ramp'
7) Kill the Guild Captain that spawns
8) Loot him
9) walk around the ship
10) Get on Wonka Elevator (The End)

known issues with this bonus stage

Bug 4
Bot didn't turn in quest to Captain Winborn and instead runs back to Senate Plaza.

?? I don't understand the issue here; was he too far from the location? did you lag? etc

Bug 5
Upon stopping/restarting the bot, before it takes up anymore quests (Quest log now has "Return to Atross Finn" and "Return to Captain Winborn"). Bot proceeds to run itself to the Coruscant Spaceport and attempts to enter the Consular Hangar instance in an infinite loop, even though the Bot state is at "Return to Captain Winborn".

stop / starting has issues in general, i'll see about adding code for stop/starts

General Bug/Request
1) Is it possible to make the bot activate every "Quick Travel/Hearthstone/Bind Point"? So that it will cut down on the rerun/reset time when the bot decides to go wonky and runs to some far away place.

2) It would be good to force the bot to visit the Class Trainer everytime it goes back to the Senate Plaza. Hitting a Level 17 mob with Level 11 skills isn't such a good idea.
I can do this, when i reflow the profile

3) Is there already a Companion Auto-Equip Weight Plugin? My Companion doesn't seem to auto-equip the new gear drops.

Quest: Thousand Steps
Lines 968 to 973

On 1st attempt:
50% chance of turning in quest to Kolovish.
100% chance Bot literally ascends into the clouds from the tower and gets stuck.
/stuck command is unable to free bot.
Only solution is to wait 30min and use Emergency Shuttle/Recall to TP back to Waypoint.

Note: Kolovish is not 100% readily available. If another player is using/talking to her, bot basically malfunctions.

i'll have a dev look into the mesh issue

Im running that profile now, dont forget to add the water works quest "Planetary Checkup" where it dosent interact with the pipes, you have to do that yourself.

It had a hard time destroying a generator to spawn a boss bot to kill, didnt get the name of that quest though.

Problems using the elevator to reach the Jedi ruins quest. Edit: Bot stops to far from almost every elevator to use correctly, simply have to have the bot move closer to the panel.

Each quest object: valve sometimes requires bot stop/start/restart to either interact with the quest object: valve or walk to the next quest object: valve

Bug 2
Bot doesn't interact with the quest object: Hydrosupply Station Controls, even after stop/start/restarting the bot. Requires manually clicking to proceed.

Quest: The Flow of Goods

Bug:
After final conversation, bot is stuck at conversation choice decision, even though conversation has ended and the quest reward screen is up. Stop/start/restart doesn't clear away the reward screen, requires manual user intervention.
i've seen this a few times on various toons; i'll see if the devs can look into it

Quest: Partial Eclipse

Bug 1
Bot will get itself trapped in between the Mesh Fences in a weird way outside the grinding area.
mesh issue - report it in release thread with the info from the bug thread (read fist post)

Bug 2
After interacting with 2x Quest objects: Tracing Console, Bot will move to a location 5 metres away from all possible quest objects and stand there forever, even though BuddyWing Window still spam use quest object. Stop/start/restart doesn't help. Only user manual intervention works.
Hawker had this issue too, hopefully my recent changes fixed it

Quest: The Coming Darkness

Bug:
After defeating Yuon Paar, the bot spams select quest reward instead of talking to Atros Finn.

Bug1:
Doesn't talk to Lars Baddeg, keeps spamming Grinding Shadows 6. Requires manual intervention to move to face distance and then stop/start/restarting the bot.

Quest: Secret Passages

Bug:
Supposed to talk to Fieler Dan for Start/Final parts but keeps looping randomly into Grinding Stage 1: Justicar Resistance even though it's hasn't started yet?
EDIT: Found the real reason. Fieler Dan was either busy talking with another player or bot basically stopped more than 10 metres away from her. Basically, bot didn't check the talk/quest progression state, timeout and looped into Grinding Stage 1: Justicar Resistance.

Quest: Killed in Custody

Bug:
Bot is supposed to loot the quest item "Droid Core" from RNG mobs. Not sure whether it's bad RNG or the mobs didn't respawn quick enough, bot ended up spamming the next step, use quest object: "Justicar Terminal" without the "Droid Core". Stop/start/restarting the bot doesn't help, requires manual intervention to grind the RNG mobs.

Bug:
If Bot fails to kill the final boss, then bot becomes stuck in an infinite loop at "Grinding Ancient Secrets 5".

"Final Stage - Enemy Droid-machines" Wasnt hard, its the mission I was talking about before that to use the object to spawn the boss took my bot a very long time to find a good angle to complete the spawn process.

Bot just finished "Cleansing the Spice Trade". This seems to have something to do with "Double Negative" quest that shows complete on the game but the bot is acting like its not complete.

Taris and nar shaddaa will need a lot of IgnoreLOS="True" added to them for stuff that is against the wall (i didn't get this code until I was roughly done with dark-tatooine, sadly)

The mission is now in the dump log... But now this error.

Walked it to the engine myself. 1st attempt the bot tried to use the engine object to far away or failed because it was moving. I did finally manage to complete the mission on its own though except the pathing error.

I'll have to run this myself, I have a dark consular on Taris atm that i'll fix most of taris and nar shaddaa with (well, it's on 1 of hawker's accts)

Bot seemed to have a problem recasting movement and wont allow it to "Use" the object its right next to.
 
Im testing [E - Dark] 10-17 Dromund Kaas [Kick] atm. I have 4 warriors lined up ready to go through. Running 2 at a time using innerspace hoping to test fully everything. Once they get through, I will turn around run other 2 through so will have 4 testing it.
First problem I see is <!-- Warrior - The Transporter and Turnin --> in line 731 +
It is mixed up in order I think. Not sure. Went through on both toons same problem. Will take the wonkavator down to where needs to go then runs into corner stops. Did same thing on both.
If you stop bot, run to area needs to start quest convo it will think quest done and try to run back to Darth Baras. If force it to stay through first quest convo it will finish and go back to wonkavator fine.
I tried looking at code and quess Im not as good as thought. I cant figure out whats wrong. Maybe add a goto after first time using wonkavator down.. dont know. Will try on next 2 go through.

Hi Kick, On [E] Dark 41-44 Belsavis I have not picked up mission Metal Militia from Lord Medechas but character is moving towards Master Sergeant Korum trying to pick up Catalyzing the Conversion, who has no quest as Metal Militia needs to be completed 1st. No biggie, l did Metal Militia manual and then it ran as intended. Just letting you know. Thanks for all the hard work!!
 
Kick i really apreciate ur work!!

I started using the bot yesterday
I was setting up my bot to work all night and still it just gets stuck when it gets in combat and doesnt attack, he just stands their and does nthn... he doesnt interact with npc's
somtimes he even starts running around without completing any missions and runs to the and gets stuck on selling items and reparing, i started running my bot last night and its been 24 hours and i have manged to bot one char to lvl 10 and that only with staring at the computer and making sure everthing is going the way i want to. I had to stop the bot about 40 times because he wasnt doing anything or wasnt doing what i wanted him to do. I have aready seen some people in game using the bot because of
1 randomly being buffed by other players
2 running to a postion and stop there<--- which i have seen just now which i should have taken a scree of -.-
plz do smthn about it or give me a hint how to fix those problems thank you

Then after go to Baras, with the taxi info in there. Is there any way you stopped bot during that process? Wondering if got mixed up, or I missed a step somewhere.
I will see if can run another warrior through and find it.

thanks in2fun i didn't stop bot it was a continues run through pick up. i'll chock it up to a bug no biggie
 
I have a lvl 10 warrior. Trying to run through to get to that quest. But bot not wanting to co-operate with me. Once got in Kaas City keeps getting stuck trying to buff people. LOL
So I will keep trying to get there and fix it if can.

Hey Kick...

Your Dark/Empire/Tatooine profile is pretty solid except for one major thing that I caught... When the game has you go from Mos Ila to Outpost Varath it needs to take the Taxi system. Instead it just tries to run straight there and ends up caught in a loop of dying from "dehydration" or whatever due to the deep sands.

Same when it is done in that area and tries to come back to get the Bonus missions or leave the planet.
