Kick's and Cava's questing profiles, problem

Everyone seems to say that they are AFKable, for me this is not the case. I dont know if it is something i am doing wrong but i am contantly running into problems. The longest the bot has run by itself is around 3-4 hours, and sometimes less than an hour.
The problems that i come back to are
-Stood still saying 'Moving to next hotspot'
-Just running into something, then HB will try and do its very bot-like manover to get around it but runs staight back into the same place
-Just standing at a quest giver but not handing in/picking up any quests


Im just wondering if its only me who has this problem, or is this what people call AFKable?

Sorry i shoud have said, this has been going on since i bought HB 15 days ago

server issues are going for nearly 3 weeks now. they just admitted very late that the error was on their side

The questing profiles aren't ever going to be completely AFK'able. You may need to check in on them every hour or two and even then sometimes they'll require some user interaction. Even so they're still much faster than doing them by hand and after the first couple of characters you learn when you'll need to step in and when you can let it go free for a few hours.
