Kick's 58+ not starting ( log inside )

Bot stands at portal trying to take the quest over and over but cant accept it?

When i manual accept it, it keeps trying to talk to npc.

Made sure i was updated to last one, problem still exists.

Did all quests till report in keep HH by hand and it continues now.

hasn't forged the weapon for me for such a long time, I just do that quest by hand and all seems good.
