Kick's 58-70 not doing quests

I'm currently level 67 in Nagrand and my character is just flying around killing Tortured Earth Spirits and Dust Howlers, but these quests have already been completed.

Sorted it out guys. Realised I had 'Loot Mobs' turned off and it was farming for an item to begin a quest.
