kick's 12-58 profile not attacking anymore :(

I've had a few moments where the quests would be ignored and it would run between hotspots endlessly or move to a spot and stay there, solved by manually completing the quests it was stuck on or by opening a quest item in my bags but this new one is unsolvable on my own..

randomly half way through the Tanaris / Gadgetzan quest line it stopped attacking any mobs. Whether the character is dismounted from a mob, pulled extra mobs, actually on a quest mob it does nothing. If i turn it off and kill the mobs and loot their items for the quest then start it again, it will hand it in pick up the new quest go to the next quest mobs and then move onto them and not attack again.

I am having exactly the same problem with this. Currently I am trying to figure out why this is the case. When I turn the bot on with more aggressive logging, I am seeing a ton of Debug Errors for singular. Now I have just recently been testing with a new CC. However it does exactly the same thing you are describing. Get's to the mob and just stands there doing nothing. I am betting there is something going on Kick's Profiles as this is what I am using to. The bot went from working great! to standing in Tanaris, / Gadget.

Did you finally get past this hump by manually questing? Or is this still an issue for you too?
 
I havn't past the hump yet, im hoping it will stop being crap after i pass tanaris, or at the very least work once the bc profile is loaded
 
I will be trying the beta build of HB and report back and let you know what I find. I am also testing other profiles currently. At the moment however, I have changed <QuestOrder IgnoreCheckPoints="True"> to "True" but has no effect, meaning it is definitely not a missing quest chain or anything similar. I have also noticed you are using a Tauren Priest. I am using a Beast Mastery Hunter and am having a lot of issues. I am level 45.
 
Ok looks to be a Kick's Profile issue. I have updated my SVN to the newest checkout from him, but doesn't seem to make a difference. I have moved over to the Grind Bot on a simple grind profile and the bot is doing everything it should be doing now. Anyone else having issues with Kick's profiles in Tanaris at the moment? Is it just Tanaris specifically? I have looked through his profile setup but it really is somewhat large and don't really spot anything that would be the issue in the zone.
 
well get to lvl 49 and it should load winterspring quests :) so yay for now..
 
Problem solved! Move to BETA release. This should take care of the majority of the issues you are having. Took right off after that. Make sure to remove BETA once new version gets released soon. Soo glad to finally carry on! :cool:

You're suffering from a bug in (one of several) quest behaviors that should be repaired in the next release. There is no work around other than to comment out the offending behaviors in the profile. For you, the behavior is "RocketRescue".

To effect the work around, comment out the offending behavior in the profile like this:

You will want to un-do this after the next Honorbuddy drop that repairs the behavior issues.
