kicks 1-100 questing profile doesnt work for me

im not sure if they meant this but i couldnt find any other support section
anyway i leveled like 8 toons which maybe 2 of them succesfully to 100 from 90 the others just got stuck somewhere or didnt pick up quests
just went grinding/killing random mobs in the area they arent supposed to so i used dungeonbuddy to level them to 100
i got a 94 druid now that doesnt pick up any quests it just goes to Thunder Pass in Frostfire Ridge or it goes to gorgrond and goes killing random mobs
i redownloaded fresh hb but now it just goes to Rokhan in my garrison
