Kick profile stuck

I want to ask why kick's profile 1-100 stucks me many times? for example like the object is right beneath me (in this case i was on flying mount) instead of dropping from my mount and kill the mobs, my character just flying around over and over again (going forward, backward, strafe left, strafe right repeatedly). Any idea?

I ran with this kind of bug many times, another example is my character wont drop from my mount to kill the mobs, instead just flying around over and over again (same case)
