Hey,this is for an admin
I bought 3 keys a half year ago,but now i have another pc and the keys are gone,because i was to dumb to
write the numbers down..is there some methode to get them back?
U also can pn me..thank you

Wrong email? Are you sure its the email you bought the keys with?

Did you log in with a key in the past or a username/password combination?

I only got this email..so yea im sure
And i got the key/password combination

Then Log into the buddyauth with the key password combination.

If you are an old user with the username/password system, it should still work.

Just try to log into buddyauth or honorbuddy itself.

Nothing does work and im sure i havent made an mistake..is there no other possibility to resent me the keys?
oh well...was there an email with the codes sent to me in the past?

If you are an username based user, you DO NOT have any keys.

Did you try to reset the password for your username in Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal

If all that doesnt help, send an email to [email protected] including the username you used to log in in the past.

well..i never said,that i had an username?
i logged me in,with key and passwort,and now i dont have the key anymore..so i cant login

I read that wrong, because there is no key/password combination, there is key only, and password/username.

You will have to wait at least 24 hours until you get an answer. Hope you are patient enough.

i cant remember it very well...only that my key started with 4...

but i only had the key and no passwort,and now the program said,that i need to give in my "shop password"...what to do?..or where do i get that password?

Your best bet is just to email [email protected] and they will help you figure everything out.

hello, i lost my keys again. i opened a thread because of that, but i will try here, too.
i lost my keys 2 years ago and the support managed to get my keys back, but now it looks like i cant get them back..but its the same problem as 2 years before
