Keys not working

I have 2 pokefarmer keys, 1 will expire 4/17/2017 4:13:11 PM and the 2nd expires 5/22/2017 6:58:30 PM according to Buddy Auth. I log in and get:

[13:18:11] Could not connect to login servers. (probably wrong password?!)

Bought another key to test and I can log right in on the new key??
Seems strange, am I missing something here?
