Key's not showing up in the shop! :(

Hey I just bought the bot and I got an email but I didn't have a key so I looked around on the forms and figured out that you need to make account on buddy auth with the same info... Which I did and now my key isn't showing up? :/ What am i doing wrong Help me please!
