Keys are gone

Hello, when I log into my buddyauth I use to have a lifetime wow key (3 sessions) and a year key for Diablo 3, both of
them are gone now?

make sure you are registered withe the same email u used in checkout page

But the keys have always been there, just since yesterday they dissapeared.
