Keyboard Problem

theres nothing really wrong with RB but if its running and i try to fly right (d button) it doesnt but when i land it runs right, if i close RB its fine
any ideas

I've noticed the same issue only when im working on the cn client with a fresh install and I haven't even been able to figure it out
