Key warden drops

Hello,

Currently running various profiles thru Demonbuddy... key running profiles, xp grind profiles, bounty profiles, ect.

None of the profiles will loot the Key ward drops. I am not sure what settings I need to tweak to make this happen. I have tried working directly with the Key Running profile designer but he was out of options and basically said he didn't know how to correct this.

Anyone have any ideas or settings I can try to tweak to get this to work right?

Yeah, that is what I am asking about. I have it marked to pick up keys. Have went over this with a few other people. Wasn't sure if someone had settings that were actually working or not. Or if possibly had to update something?
