Key Questions

I have a few key questions, but nothing about payment issues and I couldn't seem to find a forum to post it under other then the general forum.

I accidentlt bought a 2nd key and registered it to my other e-mail instead of the one that I bought the first key with. Is there something I can do to fix that?
Finally, is there a way to combine keys? (Probably going to buy more in the future)
