Key problem

I opened the program for the first time today and introduced my key (I can PM it to you if you're part of the staff).

After that, I closed it because Hearthstone wasn't open.

I opened it again and it gave me this error Screenshot by Lightshot

I visited the first link but when I tried to claim the key it said it was already used. Now I cannot use the program at all.

LOGS:
15.26 is first time opened
18.44 is the second time opened (error)
