Key not appearing on Buddy Auth

Hey guys,

My 1month key is expiring soon and i'm looking to upgrade to a lifetime key. But the problem now is the key still isn't appearing on the buddy auth account so accessing the upgrade part gives me a blank page. If any relevant personnel who could help with this would be much appreciated.
