I have a DB key purchased 17/07/2013 and i cannot see it in the auth Portal
I can allways see my previous two Hb keys but not the DB one.. so i cannot kill it when DB crashes (what happen many times those times)
How can i fix this?
(hopefully i have kept the purchased mail with the key)
