Hello

I bought a few months ago a lifetime key from an friend I had online (Don't have any contact with him any more) since you guys stop selling them.
I recently was subject of a keylogger attack, and I think that my key got stolen, due to now when I try to use my honor buddykey, it says "max sessions" error message.

Is there any ways I can get this resolved here? Getting very frustrated with this issue. :/

or is my only solution to go online try search for a legit honorbudy life time key seller?
I think that is what you will tell me, but I hope we can work something out instead, since buying a new key from strangers feels not so safe.

Since someone else is using it, can you ban that key and give me another lifetime key hooked to this email on my profile.

reset your password and go to sessions once logged in, and kill sessions;
 
chances are your going to have e-mail

and ask for a new key, the problem is since you bought the key 2nd hand we might not be able to verify it was you that bought the key originally since you didnt.

Atm I've not been able to get in at all the whole day on my key, and I can't get a hold of the guy I bought it from. had a feeling you'd say that you can't help since it's 2nd hand purchase. "Sigh :("
I have been looking at the Auth site before, but since I dont have the email or pass, I just exchanged money via paypal for the key itself, so I cant get in there.

Atm, I'm downloading wow to the laptop and putting it to spam the "ok" button with a macro or something (need to google some macro tool) when the "max session" message appears, so when whatever little %&?#%&#%&#? who stole it logs off, I'll re-take it!

i'm slight pissed off atm, I understand if you guys can't help me tho, not angry on you, only thankful for all replies!

I was looking on the main website a little as well, is that 25 Euro for 1 year? (1 session Elite) if i understood it correctly.

25 euro for life - no expiry (well there is, but its 20 years i think)
 
So they re-instated life time keys?
well 20 years is not life, but good enough.

Going to buy it later then since it last that long, no need to cry over 25 euro, even tho the key was mine (I'm being honest)
Now no one can steal it again =]

I feel so much happier now :D I was thinking, I'd have to be subbing every month or year like huge amounts of moneys =p

i cant understand your frustration but we have to follow our policy and we cant make exceptions :(

Well the key I bought got stolen from me, that was my frustration.
I believe you can understand that no one likes to have their things stolen from them. (even if it was a 2nd hand purchase)

Don't worry about it Tony, I totally understand that you can't make exceptions, since I can't prove I bought the key from you guys. only post paypal information possibly showing that I send someone money, but that don't really mean a thing.
Cause then anyone could do the same and steal keys from people.
And that will never work, even I can understand that.

Since the bot is only 25 Euro for 20 years, I'd be happy to re-buy the bot, put this time pay you guys directly from your website, so you can continue the development of the bot.
And I'll get a more secure purchase in case a keylogger infects my pc in the future.

Not to hijack the thread, but Tony (or whoever is in charge of the purchase site), you should update the purchase site... it is not clear that you are getting a 20 year license.

I purchased thinking I was getting one Year, or maybe 2-3 because it said "Y++".

So it was a nice surprise when I logged into BuddyAuth and saw expiry: 2022.

My point is, I am sure you'd generate more conversions if you slapped a big Gold Lifetime badge on there!
