Key Issue, please help!

Hello:

I am a big fan of Buddy, but all my keys cannot login after I changed my PC (new CPU new motherboard). I tried to ask customer servers but the answer is not satisfied.

Please help me.

What are you trying to login to? D3 was just patched, so if its that, its not updated atm so it won't work.

Thank you for reply, yes I tried to login my D3, but the error is authentication failed issue. Is this the same login failed all you guys have?

yeah we cant log on db since patch but its normal but its not explain why your other key dont work

d3 db should say auth failed, if you are using another game/buddy program I do not know.

I don't think they key is HWID locked so that wouldn't be the issue

there is no ip or pc id lock


just wait for the updates due to latest patch plz
