I have sent your support@buddyforum an email asking that they unmerge my one remaining lifetime key from my other 3 that expired. Your admin Joro responded with no help whatsoever. Am I suppose to go through an endless email exchange back and forth to do something so simple as unmerging keys? I already paid for a lifetime now I'm been cut to two years AND YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME. Please unmerge my keys and get someone helpful on the support email.
