in my experience if your having trouble with your key you should probably email them directly, moderaters will probably tell you to contact billing, for this kind of problem. the forum is more for technical support and bot support, you can find the link to the support email on the main demonbuddy website when you click "support" or "contact"
when i've had trouble they usually respond within 24 hrs if i contact by email. I also asked first on the forums and this was what i was told! hope this helps
