key expired...

so my key expired because i bought a 24 hour key but my key was literally right in the middle of all this patching... i was not really sure where to look for support since its technically not a "payment issue"

awe hell i just went and bought a full key instead haha but havent gotten a key...

I used a free key but they patch killed it, was able to use it just once for a few bgs but than exited out. can't login with it anymore
so I bought a 1 session key for 29 or whatever, registered at the buddy auth portal so I can see my key, i used it and am currently playing. now that key is listed in the expired section of my profile.
Is this key a one time use? If so, 29 is very expensive since I will only bot for few hours a day. I thought I would be able to use this for a while....

am I wrong to assume that one session means one time use?

send an e-mail to [email protected] with your transaction / order number and tell them your key isnt showing up in your buddyauth account and you didnt get your key e-mailed to you and they will resolve it asap.


one session means you can run 1 bot / 1 account / 1 character at any given time. if you bought the 3 session key you would be able to run 3 characters at any given time.
