key error

I downloaded Exilebuddy, I changed the name of the exe, then selected English, then default config or whatever, then typed in my key and its been stuck on that screen forever, then It wont let me connect to the site while its trying to load. Im sorry if this is in the wrong thread, I spent like 15 minutes trying to find a Technical support thread, or a support issue thread.

It looks like your network is unable to connect to the Buddy Auth servers. Can you actually login to https://na.buddyauth.com/ ?

Most issues like this are either from a firewall or possibly host edits. If you can't figure it out, someone from the front desk support team will try to help you soon.
