key disappeared

my buddyauth is not showing my purchased key that Ive been using for months. any other way i can retrieve my key?

I checked my email and searched through it for anything from bossland or gate2shop, cant find my original email

Go ahead and send an email to [email protected]
Include the email your key is registered with along with proof of purchase.

make sure you are registered on auth portal with the same email u used in checkout page
