Key delivery time?

Hi, I ordered this morning a 1 year / 1 session HB key.
You used to deliver immediately - my key has now (~ 4 hrs later) not arrived, neither via email nor in buddyauth.

I am a little bit concerned, because of other thinks in the past (like cancelling my life time account). How long will the "shipping" last?

it can take up to 24 hours but generally is far less time then that. If you use a VPN or are in Germany while ordering then your order will get canceled as Germany is not allowed to buy keys due to the court decision.
 
Thank you for your answer - the germany topic has been cleared with Tony and Joro - I am German, but live and play in the Netherlands.
Still waiting for the key :/

hey i have that problem yesterday too but i think we got the same problem and i could purchased the key till i follow what they told me and its worked, hope it work for u :D ... i tried to match my billing address n order place... here is what i got from reply. so dont worry about it ^^ hope it help

the payment was cancelled- reason -The billing address is listed as Cambodia, but the order was placed from Vietnam.

So, fix that issue and order the product again.

Although I do not know why this should be a problem (am I not allowed to buy a bot during my holidays abroad???) I even did not get any answer.
 
Yeah same problem. i've re subbed to show my support for you bossland guys after a lifetime key but still waiting on the key and i'm from UK... c'mon guys please sort this out i wanna play...
 
Nothing they can do.

The german courts have ordered them to take these extreme measures as they proclaimed the honorbuddy users as "tech-savvy".

You guys are trying to get arround their measures and that's still possible.

It might be in your spam. If you haven't received your key, go to buddyauth.com and register with the email you used to purchase your HB key. You should see it there.

So now i looking on my cc bill bossland has become the euro's the have my email addres so they can send me the new key. i have write a email but i dont become some answer


what happen with bossland ....

1. You are not the only one sending emails
2. Payment will be checked manually atm. and that takes time
3. All you and others need is PATIENCE. Yes, payment can be instant but key delivery sometimes is not. Give people 72 hours and if you still did not get your key or money returned mail them.

Same applies to Benninger: Did not get key 29.01.2017, 14:02. Mail sent: 29.01.2017, 15:04
People PATIENCE is the trick. No one is taking your bucks and run away.
Bossland is legally forced to check payments and to restrict at all cost that germans can't buy and use the product.
It's not want Bossland wants, it's what he is forced to do and proof to the court.

...and last but not least if you are all unhappy, things are to slow or you feel tricked please go and buy somewhere else.
Do you really think this situation makes fun to Bossland? I read dozens of posts atm. each day where people moan and whine.
If Bossland had this support fighting Blizz with hundred thousands of euros so that you can use the bot...we might be in another situation right now!
Only my 2 cents and yes, for sure as mod I have another view on things. Maybe its also because I am older as most of the users and know what business means. You can't be everybodys darling all the time :-)
